Amalda concinna
"Amalda having a biconic and fusiform shell, acuminate spire, exposed mammillate protoconch, and ancillid band having shallow groove within middle zone with very pale zigzag patterns. Description: Shell biconic and fusiform, creamy in color. Spire acute, covered by primary callus, smooth, with a depression of suture. Subsutural band gently curved at shoulder. Middle zone glossy, pale creamy, with very pale brownish zigzac pattern, delimited by white groove below subsutural band posteriorly and ancillid groove within middle zone anteriorly. Fasciolar band yellowish cream in color, delimited by groove of fasciolar band posteriorly and by shallow groove of basal zone having same color as the former anteriorly. Basal zone limited from white columella by a shallow furrow. Columellar pillar twisted with 4-5 oblique folds. Aperture wide, white within. Outer lip simple. Siphonal canal shallow. Operculum unknown.". Recent. Albany area, Western Australia.
