"Fusiform, narrow, body whorl longer than the spire ; whorls convex, six, finely spirally striated ; aperture oblong, columella callous, smooth ; canal short, slightly recurved, right lip thickened, with a broad shallow sinus near the suture. Axis, .8; breadth, .33; angle of spire, 36º."
