Type material:
Type material present in the LS shell collection (The Linnean Society of London). The material consists of the lectotype (selected by Olsson & Dance (1966: Pl. 19 figs. 1-1a)), 2 additional specimens (paralectotypes) consistent with the present view of the taxon and one specimen which is Anazola gibbosa (Born, 1778).
Several additional paralectotypes in UUZM (Wallin, 2001).
Taxonomy:
This was a valid species for Sterba (2004).
