Baryspira olivula
Original description(s):
"Ancilla (olivula), testa cylindracea, mucronata; labro basi unidentato; callo columellas striato.". Eocene. Courtagnon and Grignon, France.
Type material:
Syntypes in MNHG (Favre, 1918: Pl. 13 figs. 206-208).
A specimen illustrated by Bruguière (1816: Pl. 393 figs. 4a-b) may originate from the Lamarck collection. Its present whereabouts are unknown, although it may be among the syntypes mentioned above.
