Americoliva bollingi
A medium-sized to large species with a patchy, discontinuous, distribution in the Temperate Northern Atlantic realm (Warm Temperate Northwest Atlantic province) and Tropical Atlantic realm (Tropical Northwestern Atlantic province). Originally described from off Miami, Florida, USA, this species was found at several other localities, each population here considered to be a subspecies.

The species is also recognised from the Pleistocene of Florida.
