Distribution: Temperate Northern Pacific realm. Warm Temperate Northwest Pacific province (Southeast Japan and East China Sea). Mainly an UPPER SLOPE species, recorded from 150-500 metres. Pliocene. Shimomata, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan.
