SUMMARY
A small species from the Pacific coast of Mexico (Tropical Eastern Pacific realm. Tropical East Pacific province).
In shell shape and colour pattern it most closely resembles Dactylidia mutica (Say, 1822), from the warm temperate waters of the east coast of the USA. The pillar structure, however, is closely similar to that of Orbignytesta Klappenbach, 1962.
